How to order online (our preference): 

  1. Specify colors, sizes, etc. for each product you’d like to purchase and select “add to cart.”
  2. Scroll down to view all products and to view the cart at the bottom of the page. 
  3. You may change quantities or delete items in the cart.
  4. When your order is complete, select the “Checkout with PayPal” cart button at the bottom of the page to place your order and make payment by credit card or PayPal. The PayPal link does not show up until you place your shirt or food orders in the cart.  

OR – Print out and complete this ORDER FORM  and send it with your check payable to “Heartland Welsh Springer Spaniel Club” to be received by April 15, 2019 to Jennifer Clark, 1509 County Road TT, Roberts, WI 54023.

CLOTHING:

T-shirts are 100% cotton.  Sweatshirts and hooded sweatshirts are 80% cotton and 20% polyester. All are machine washable and dryable. Children sizes available in the T-Shirts. Each boxed lunch includes a sandwich on a freshly baked Kaiser roll with your choice of meat, cheese and side salad. Chips, a cookie and a beverage are also included.  Your lunch will be delivered ringside at the National on Saturday, May 4th.
